Sarah Goodfellow
Knowledge Skills & Attitude Limited was established in 2005, situated in the Idyllic village of Ramsbottom in Lancashire. It was founded by Managing Director and Principal Consultant Sarah Goodfellow. Having held a number of Senior Learning & Development roles in large retail organisations, she felt that her experiences with training providers often fell short of the mark. She felt that there was a place in the market for a training company that truly understood and could service the needs of organisations.

There are two main elements of the business;

• Learning & Development - design, develop and deliver training / learning & development interventions

• HR & OD Consultancy Services - provide interim & consultancy services in the OD & HR arena

Getting the ball rolling

We appreciate that sometimes you’ve not made a firm decision or got sign off for a project and this may put you off engaging with potential training providers. Here at KSA we have an informal engagement process and then a formal process that gets any project underway.

Getting the ball rolling

Give us a call or even e-mail us to request we call you at a time that’s convenient. We can then chat about your requirements or the challenges you face. We won’t ask you for formal details or a commitment – it’s purely a chance to have a no obligation discussion about your needs and potentially what KSA could do to meet them. The outcome of this discussion will be a mutual understanding of the requirement and how it could be met. We find this informal process works well and that the clients leave with a plan of how to move forward with their project.

Should you wish to proceed with KSA for your project then there is a more formal approach. Most projects have four stages;

Research & Familiarisation

This usually involves spending time with the client on site to truly understand the project in the context of the organisation and its culture and to engage with key stakeholders. This could range from a couple of hours to a number of days depending on the project.

Design & Customisation

This is completed away from the client and involves developing the content, materials and activities together for a training intervention or development of a project plan if it is an OD project. The design and customisation phase is to provide the client with a totally bespoke solution which incorporates the vital cultural information gathered in phase 1.

Delivery / Facilitation

Once things have been designed we can then execute the project either delivering training or project management.

Evaluation / Feedback

We provide the client with feedback from every course and project but can also work closely with you for more detailed evaluation so you can understand your return on investment.
